Initla port of Custom Pagers for Drupal 6. No functionality changes, save the inclusion of a custom-pager.tpl.php file to replace the old theme function. That should make customizing the appearance of the pager quite a bit easier.

Added documentation, removed the dependency on Views module, and made the pager overview screen a bit more useful. If Views isn't installed, AND you don't have permission to use PHP snippets, it'll warn you when you edit or create a pager.

Adds the ability to control pager visibility and populate the pager node list via PHP snippets, improves theming of the default pagers, adds a 1-of-n count to the default pager, and fixes several minor bugs. Requires an update. (Version 1.3 included a minor error that prevented the count-of-nodes from displaying. Version 1.3a is the version to use.)
