help with labor categories>projects and other basic questions

I have a couple of questions for this module:

- My understanding is projects are the children of labor categories and you have to enter time in against a project. I have entered in labor categories on my installation, but I can't seem to add projects. I don't completely understand how the 'add project' area works (screenshot attached), but when I try to add one, I always get the error message, "Project with labor category and on site already exist. Please try a different configuration."

- Is anyone supporting this module still? If so, are there plans for a 5.1 version?

- Instead of having "labor categories" and "projects", how about tying this module to the taxonomy module for more flexibility?

I'm pretty new to PHP and drupal development, but I will take a look at the code and see if there's anything I can do.
