Does not prevent multiple submission from ENTER key

Description
You can still submit the form multiple times by having the cursor positioned in a field (tested in FF 3/Win) and pressing ENTER, even after the form has already been submitted.
When using the "Hide Submit Button" option, submitting the form multiple times results in the "Processing Text" being displayed multiple times.
