Lightbox no longer display pictures

Hey Guys,
I can no longer view pictures after they been posted to my website :(
Not sure what I have done. Is there a master reset other than building a new database to get this working again.

Yep tried changing the theme back to garland. This was all working ok yesterday.
I've gone through all the options and restoring everything back to 'default' but still it doesn't give. Images don't show up in blog postings.
