Thumbnail creation for the videos played from differenct sites ( youtube,google video,dailymotion )

Hi,

I have used video filter module to display videos from different sites ( youtube,google videos,daily motion etc ) .They are displaying in the front end.But I need to display thumbnails instead of player directly.If i click on the image the player need to play the video.

Please tell me how to get the thumbnail from the url of the video .Other wise please tell me another way to do it.
