When i using views to create a custom node view, i can't add a "add to favorites" button (or link)

I would like to see this as well. It would be excellent if the following was possible:
User visits a page that is a view of multiple nodes. This lists the title and a various other information about the node. If there was a check box next to each node and then a add to favorites button at the bottom of the view that would be awesome. This way a user can add many nodes to their favorites at once.
