Job Search project - Can I use a form?

I have installed the Job Search module. My end goal is to set up a form (like a Webform) with input like:
Job title
Company
Salary
etc...

I don't want the result of the submitted form to be emailed anywhere. I want it to create content on the site, ie: a job posting.

It seems that assigning the content type of webform to the Job Search module makes the form itself the job posting, not the content it creates. Make sense?

Anyone know how I can do this?
