Just like fmylife no registration or logging in is required. Also instead of Today the user can select when it happen like Yesterday, Month Ago, and so on.

Just set the permissions for Anonymous to vote in Access control then look for fivestar and check mark for anonymous to rate content.

Here's another
I have used almost the same module set to create a site on dating stories. In addition:
- AddThis module for social bookmarking
- Ad module, well for ads
- Workflow to handle custom landing page after post and to notify moderator of new content
- Twitter to post approved content to Twitter automatically

There are about 2000 modules with "CCK", "Views" and "Comments" in their name. I'm curious as to which ones you're using.

comments is part of core.
other modules with cck in it or views in it are addons to those modules.
