Taxonomy term and view problem

I having conflict on the view and taxonomy combination.

I had created a Taxonomy vocabulary named "Weekly Promo".
In this vocabulary, it has 7 terms which is "Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday", ... "Sunday".
In everyday, they have few items in it.

How can I just show the latest and only 1 item from each daily promo from Monday to Sunday only in VIEW?

Example:-

Monday

Item 1

Tuesday
=====
Item 2

Rather than:-

Monday
=====
Item 1
Item 3

Tuesday
=====
Item 2
Item 4
