Project issue file testing

This module provides integration with project issue tracker. The module is uses the project issue file review (PIFR) XML-RPC protocol to communicate information about projects, branches, and patches in relevant issue. Test requests are sent to via the XML-RPC protocol to the testing master server running PIFR. Once the tests have been performed the PIFR server will expose them to PIFT which will download and display the results in the appropriate location.

The 1.x branch is intended to work with PIFR 1.x, just as the 2.x branch is intended to work with the PIFR 2.x branch. Currently testing.drupal.org uses PIFR 1.x so PIFT 1.x is installed on drupal.org.

We are currently in the process of migrating to PIFT and PIFR 2.x.
